Joseph H. Einstein, an established litigator with over 40
years experience, has represented clients in complex corporate
disputes, employment matters and intellectual property
litigation. He has litigated major cases in the state and
federal courts and has argued many appeals, including appearing
before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Einstein serves as an official mediator for the United States
District Court for the Southern District of New York, and is an arbitrator for
the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Einstein is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of New York University. He
attended New York University School of Law, where he was a Pomeroy and Hirschman
Foundation Scholar, and served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review,
receiving his LL.B. in 1960. Mr. Einstein received an LL.M from New York
University Law School in 1965, majoring in Trade Regulation.
Mr. Einstein is admitted to practice in New York and before the
following federal courts: the United States Supreme Court, the United States
Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts
for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
